Madow Joins In-Home Care Provider Visiting Angels Lake Norman

October 3, 2023 – Long-time area senior care professional Stuart Madow has joined the leadership team as general manager at well-known local in-home care provider Visiting Angels Lake Norman.  Mr. Madow is the founder and facilitator of the South Iredell Healthcare Forum, which for 16 years has been Lake Norman’s largest monthly education and networking event for healthcare providers.

     A 25+ year resident of Mooresville, Mr. Madow has spent the last 17 years serving seniors in the Lake Norman area. He has an extensive background in home care, independent living, assisted living, memory care, hospice care, and palliative care.  Mr. Madow is a dementia care educator and has coordinated many local area caregiver conferences and healthcare symposiums. From 2007-2020 he chaired the planning committee of the local area Walk to End Alzheimer’s in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association.  Mr. Madow also is on the Board of Directors of the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce. As a former local Rotarian of the Year, he is always looking for opportunities to serve local seniors and the greater local community.

   “Helping ensure that our local area seniors can live a full and healthy life has always been my passion,” said Madow. “My mother suffered from dementia, so I have stood in the shoes of many of the clients we serve”.

     Visiting Angels Lake Norman provides in-home care services for seniors including help with mobility, medication reminders, bathing and dressing assistance, dementia care, meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping, friendly companionship, and more. The agency is a multi-year local-award-winning company.
